TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

Omniflex provides a wide variety of tools and equipment to prepare hose and assemble fittings to hose, whether field replaceable fittings or permanent crimp fittings.

New Crimp Machines include the ET1000 and ET1280.

The ET1000 crimps TTC fittings on ¼” to 1 ¼” I.D. one and two wire hose, and four spiral hose using TTC12 fittings up to 1” I.D. A variety of power sources are available. This is a portable or bench mounted machine.

The ET1280 crimps the above hose and fitting combinations, including 1 ¼” I.D. four spiral hose, plus many other hose styles and sizes.

The FT1390 crimped hose assembly machine will crimp the above hose range, plus 3/8” I.D. as well as four and six spiral hoses up to 2” I.D. with one piece, two piece and internal skive fittings.
